Missing SJU student is remembered
(The Record) The eighth anniversary of the disappearance of SJU student Joshua Guimond came this week.
Guimond was last seen leaving Metten Court about midnight Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002. There were no witnesses or evidence at the scene, leaving his disappearance a mystery. Guimond was 20 at the time of his disappearance.
It was initially suspected that Guimond fell into a local lake or swampy area. The Trident Foundation searched local lakes and forest and found no trace of Guimond. His family believes he was taken against his will.
