Most of BTK’s victims lived within two miles of each other and one of them lived a few houses down the street. BTK’s wife and children never suspected a thing. Exactly. Ted Bundy was close to the governor of Washington and a trusted friend of Ann Rule, a true crime writer who studied serial killers. She trusted Bundy so much she left him alone with her 16-year-old daughter. All possibilities should be considered. The careful planning and apparent lack of evidence suggests a meticulous, college educated offender.
