"There are generally three geographic locations associated with the best executed crimes of this type," I am deducing from this statement that we may have a repeat offender on our hands. This does not surprise me -- but of course what does bother me is the notion that others may have known of this person's criminal behavior -- and did nothing about it. What stops them I wonder -- is it fear of getting involved -- or complicity -- I'm not sure.
