The perpetrator has certainly honed his criminal skills -- he is frightenly adept at fooling/evading law enforcement...alas. It makes me wonder -- does Stearns Cnty Sheriff still stand by their statement that Josh is somewhere in the mire on the campus. I believe that was, in fact, their last official statement on the subject.
