DoubleDash: I think the chances that this guy is going to come forward and confess is zero to none. After 23 years, he's not about to come crawling out of his hole and spill his guts. However, that is no reason for us to throw our arms up in despair. The truth will ultimately prevail. The most helpful thing we can do right now is to stay on top of of him and keep right on breathing down his neck.
