Remember... There is more then just the person(s) that did the crime. There are those that may have witnessed something. There are perhaps family members or friends of the criminal who may know something... Any and/or all can come forward! This increases the chances by a bunch. It just takes one of these with a heart big enough and a conscious to clear to make this all end.
