I think what we all must consider is that the offender that we have in mind has likely escaped capture this far due in part to their ability to keep their mouth shut. Organized offenders have an uncanny ability to keep their deeds to themselves, though they often follow the case in the news and even revisit the scene of the crime. I feel that it would be more likely to think that we might be looking for people who saw or heard things on the night of the abduction but are afraid to come forward.
