Josh would have walked from Metten Court (36) back to his apartment in St. Maur House (41) passing between the buildings of Seton Apartments (35), crossing the intersection to the left (east) of Stumpf Lake, crossing County Road 159 on the right-hand (west) side of the intersection, crossing the parking lot southwest of the intersection, and walking around the west (right-hand) side of the tennis courts to reach his apartment. ... The intersection has a four-way stop. Traffic moves slowly in the area. There was very little traffic the night Josh disappeared, so an accident is highly unlikely. I'm not aware of any history of pedestrian accidents in the area."
