BMW, I doubt the offender will ever willingly confess due to his deviancy. What I'm curious about, though, is who else might have had encounters with this person and was left feeling uneasy -- someone who has a legitimate complaint that would require a thorough evaluation by the authorities...and by "thorough" I mean an objective and indepth examination of the offense. I still feel there are other victims/witnesses who are either frightened, embarrassed or in some kind of denial -- all of which I completely understand. I'm still counting on a brave soul(s) to gather the courage to come forward. That's one of the main points of this website, to receive those tips in a confidential way -- even if you feel you need to be anonymous -- if you know anything about what happened to Josh...please help. BMW, a deviant's stripes do not change, there must be other victims -- this is a puzzle with a particular piece that needs verification -- who was lurking around Josh in the weeks/months leading up to his disappearance? Who took a particular interest in him -- was anyone seen watching him?; did he mention to anyone being uncomfortable around a specific person? If these questions generate a gut feeling to anyone-- send your thoughts confidentially to Josh's Dad or post them here. The perpetrator is hiding in plain sight, smug as a bug, but if I were him, I would not be so smug.
