I happened upon the site from a link via Behind the Pine Curtain. I looked at the Illinois ID photo, and just did a little Google search. Came up with a Quincy Jones, minor league football player with the Minnesota Lumberjacks and Minnesota Maulers, during the period of 2002-2005. Interestingly, the Lumberjacks showed a game at St. John's on one site. My guess : Quincy was a student at SJU, prep school or in the area. It's a common activity for college kids to create fake photo IDs so they buy alcohol or get into bars. Among college kids these IDs sell for around $50, and to them either making these IDs or selling them is a "normal" college activity. Quincy was probably younger than the birth date in the ID. Just my guess..best to you all.
