It seems 2 different stories from the start as well. Maybe it's just people getting it wrong. But was Josh going to the bathroom or to his dorm? Something as simple as this could break the case open. I'm not making accusations, BUT NOTHING SHOULD EVER BE RULED OUT UNLESS SOMETHING ELSE PROVES OTHERWISE.
