I still think an anonymous P.O. Box might be a wise idea -- in case there is someone out there who has suspicions but is afraid of being traced. There might be someone who works with the perpetrator who would like to say something but fears reprisal. I know this has been brought up here before. Again, an ad could be placed in the local papers -- including the St. John's Univ. campus papers -- you never know ...
