Even though Josh was around 20 when he went missing, because he was in college I believe he would be considered a "dependent." In other words, he was not completely out on his own; he was a college student and by rights I feel his safety and well being is a responsibility of St. John's University. After all, he went missing on that campus -- and -- well -- it's a campus that houses known sex offenders. Can the university prove the whereabouts of each and every one of these individuals during the late night hours of Nov. 9 and early morning hours of November 10, 2002? I want to know, was this part of the investigation conducted immediately and thoroughly? If not, I would consider that an egregious act of negligence on the part of the investigating authorities. Would Bill O'Reilly agree with me? I'll have to ask him, I know he has strong opinions on the subject. When young women go missing, one of the first things investigators do is check EVERY sex offender within a certain radius. Am I not correct?
