Hmmm... The article that I mentioned a few posts back talked about the BCA handing out a DNA kit to family members of those missing. I can not see any harm in asking them directly for the kit if someone in Joshua's immediate family has not already received one. I can also not see any harm in talking directly with them about the current status. BMW is correct in his statements about the BCA. They give contact info directly on their web site... use it! Aubs suggestion about obtaining some legal assistance is also good advice. Get someone else on your side to help legally battle those that don't seem to be doing anything.
