Whatever the case, the politics of the matter are complex. Whatever it is that Josh's family has done for the past five years, it has not succeeded in moving the case forward. We cannot expect to continue doing the same thing and getting a different result. If we continue on the present path, the next five years will yield the same result as the first five years: nothing. We need a change of course and the first step is to find a competent mediator to represent the Guimond family. I stand ready to launch the initiative, but I cannot act on my own recognizance.
