Can I ask why specifically why the information hasn't been released? I'm just wondering because 9 years later and Josh hasn't been found. If there is evidence specifying a perpetrator, why aren't these things released? Why isn't there a lawyer pursuing this? Why 9 years later is evidence hidden? Seems to me that if there is evidence pointing to somebody, and nobody has been prosecuted, then the evidence can't be too conclusive and people should still be looking for clues or somebody to talk. How will Josh be found if potential clues are not made public? I'm not accusing at all, I'm just asking because I feel so for the family and for getting answers to this baffling situation.
