A man who abducts and sexually assaults a boy would have previously engaged, or attempted to engage, in sex acts with other children. With silence, the truth will never be known. The authorities need to hear from you if you were sexually abused. The authorities need to hear from you if you are aware of someone who has sexually abused a child. They need a name.
