Nick -- I have not heard the sheriff put forth any other theory than the "he's on the campus in a body of water" either ... "Aqualung" seems to think otherwise ... I hope he/she will enlighten the rest of us soon. I tried the link you posted and it came up with an error message. I'm sure the letter was well written and I hope it draws more attention to Josh's case
