But, but, but, the basic question is being avoided! There was a known quantity of men sent to St. John's and other similar settings because they could no longer be trusted in their previous settings. They were isolated because of real or alledged sex offenses. Now the question: does law enforcement have the same access to these men as they would in the rest of society?
