Anonymous, it is very sad -- and so unfair to all the victims. No priest or church that I know of has ever voluntarily stepped forward to admit sexually abusing a victim(s). It seems that the victims have to fight like hell to get justice. But what happens when the victims can no longer speak for themselves? It leaves their friends and family members to take up the fight -- and not give up until the answers are uncovered. We cannot expect St. John's to voluntarily come forward with anything that might incriminate the university -- business is business...alas. Tis a cold and unjust world we live in at times...and many a time those with the most power abuse it. By the way, I am not making any accusations against St. John's. I'm just saying I don't feel they've been very forthcoming in this case, nor very helpful. It appears St. John's just wishes everyone would forget about it and move on. But we won't -- ever
