I agree ... the entire corporation should not be painted with the same brush. Remember, Enron’s victims for the most part were shareholders and loyal employees. A few bad apples brought Enron crashing down to crush the innocent. Let’s not destroy the entire institution. Sure, take another look at those individuals named in the October 2002 legal agreement with St. Johns Abbey involving settlements to victims of clergy sex abuse. Demand answers about credible charges of sexual abuse that may have come to light *after* the 2002 settlement. Has anyone been reassigned since or sent away for treatment without community notification? If so, who are they, where are they now, and who was involved in the decision-making process, if any? If misconduct has occurred and there has been no community notification, who is responsible and is there a "fixer"? Be constructive. Urge the media and elected officials to seek answers to these questions ... and always remember: "innocent until proven guilty."
