"COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. (AP) - The father of a St. John's student who went missing two years ago has reached an agreement with the Order of St. Benedict regarding a dispute about his visits to campus. ... Brian Guimond settled with the order on Friday, the same day a judge was to hear testimony on a request to keep Guimond from having unsupervised visits to the university, said Guimond's lawyer, Charles Hawkins. ...
