By the same token, any past or present male students who have been approached in a sexual manner, abused, or stalked -- on- or off-campus -- by an adult male and never reported it to police, should immediately contact the sheriff at the above number. This could be the final piece of testimony needed for a circumstantial prosecution in the disappearance of Josh and/or Jacob Wetterling. ... "
