Tom, do people who are treated at Southdown carry a criminal record for sex offenses? In other words, just because they have been treated there doesn't mean they are registered as a sex offender or even have a record -- therefore -- this person is someone certain people may know to be dangerous, but the general public would not -- am I on track?
